Summary of 6-Step Process to The Method

A practice for your man.

This is a certified and simple technique related to the ancient practice of martial arts. The key words for this practice are…..Slow Sensual Stimulation….Deep Breathing….Passionate Pause….Observing your own full body sensations of arousal…and physically LOCKING TIGHT a special muscle and muscles in your sex center.

1.) Let’s do an easy relaxation method. Here is how you learn to be relaxed and excited at the SAME time. First stand and sway your hips from side to side…feet apart…Knees relaxed and bending easily…standing in one place. Now sway and exhale.

Next, on the inhale, pause and raise your arms above your head, breathe in deeply, then let your arms go down as you exhale. Do this exercise for 3 to 5 minutes.

The most important aspect of this breathing method is focus on the exhale. This allows you to relax more even as you become more excited. Make a sound like Ahhhhh as with the exhale. This helps you to keep the deep breathing going throughout this pleasurable time.

2.) Next start to stroke your penis…you want to create a pattern of stroking your penis more on your our exhale and then pausing on your inhale (the “Passionate Pause”), then continuing to do this for a while. During the inhale pauses, you can start to OBSERVE your levels of arousal. Also, you can begin to enjoy the possibility of feeling of pleasure of postponing the ejaculation.

Continue stimulating and on each inhale…imagine you are filling your body with orgasmic energy. As you inhale begin to imagine filling your body with more intense orgasmic energy than before.

3.) Press with your fingers on the space between your balls and anus. This is the location of the muscle you want to learn to squeeze (the “pc muscle”, used to control urination). Now squeeze that muscle: know that this is the same muscle for lasting longer in bed. Practice squeezing this muscle tight and holding it for about 7 seconds – this is called “locking” the muscle.

You can also use any other lower body muscles to assure you can hold the muscle tight for as long you can.

4.) Next practice breathing in and squeezing and locking tight the muscle. When you do this the ORGASMIC ENERGY SHOOTS UP YOUR SPINE AND YOU CONTROL THE EJACULATION ! Good news…when you are holding the squeeze, the tip of your penis gets engorged with more blood and you are harder and when you are inside your woman she feels your penis more upward rubbing on her g-spot!

5.) Stroking more…Now is the time to go slowly and NOTICE your levels of arousal. For this we will use a scale of 1 to 10 with 10 being ejaculation. You need to practice starting at level 4, level, 5, level 6, level 7 and of course at levels 8 and 9….Remember if you do not practice slowly…you will not notice how close you are to ejaculation and you will not do the practice early enough to succeed.
